Growth
The seasons come and go
The children grow and grow.
First they're babies, then they're kids.
Before you know it they're grown up and married with babies of their own.
Now three of mine are grandparents!
Hey, how did I get to be a great-grandmother already?
The first picture was taken about 20 years ago. The 2nd picture has a lot of the same people, with a couple of new ones. It was taken recently.

My mom is a great grand momma now too. Good healthy living is an important first step.
the gal that I slept with this weekend had a throw on her side of the bed that had some old photos that he daughter made for her for Christmas.
you are Tom were really a cute couple in that first photo. Well, I guess we all. LOL
wait was that you and Tom?
No, neither one of us is in that picture. The older lady is Tom's mother. Our oldest son, Dan, is left of her, and Margaret is on the other side. The girl next to Dan is one of the middle girls, the one who lives next door to me now. The big guy on the floor is our son, Jim, and the little guy in front is our youngest, the one that's getting married in July.
Time flies! It looks like everyone grew up straight and tall! Growing is a blessing when it is a family filled with smiles (and a little silliness)!
It certainly doesn't take long before photos look outdated - especially as young children grow up.
I'm a first time Great Grandma....And I'm loving it!! My daughter's youngest child just turned 4, and is the Grandmother....Her children are ages 22, 20, 10, 4.....The 22 year old is the Daddy of her Granddaughter, my Great!!
My first great grandchild was born when my daughter was about 40, and her son was 21 or 22. Now I have 5 plus 2 step-great grandchildren. Makes life interesting.
Wow, you have quite a family. Sure keeps you busy and never get bored!
You are a young great grandma, Gracia...& very blessed to have all of those wonderful offspring! Nice pictures!
