One Year Old !
Sunday we were invited to our great-grand-daughter's birthday party. She's one year old.
Love the little outift she was wearing.
She was a bit overwhelmed by so many people in one room.
Her mom and dad helped her open her first present.....a shopping cart, and she lost all interest in any other presents.
Our great grandson was there too. I think they are 2nd cousins? I always get 2nd, 3rd cousins mixed up with cousins once-removed. Anyway, I know that his mom and her dad are first cousins. He is 20 months, and weighs about 28 lbs. As you can see, she's plenty hefty too.
Time for cake. She didn't want to sit long in the high chair, so her daddy finished her cake for her.

Love the pictures....She's adorable!! She looks a little hefty now, but just see what happens this next year....By the time she's 2, most of the baby fat will be gone....
This might be a shock to you, but after cousins, first cousins (once removed) are next, and that would be your Granddaughter, and Great Grandson....Your Great Granddaughter and Great Grandson, are second cousins....

one year parties are more for the family then the child. LOL
we had a good time and do with every birthday but then we are granny and Pop pop! lol

A great party outfit!! The leggings are too cute! That is how b'day gifts for little ones work - the first one that catches their fancy wipes all knowledge of any others completely from their vision! So good that the whole family could get together!!
